For the lovers, soft moments, happy criers, awkward dancers, and people who swear they’re “bad at photos.”
I’m not here to turn your story into something stiff or overly curated.
I’m here for the wind-blown hair, the deep belly laughs, the teary-eyed grandparents, the shaky hands during vows, and the weird little in-between moments you didn’t even realize mattered until later.
Whether you’re planning a quiet elopement in the mountains or documenting a slower season of life, I want your photos to feel honest. Romantic. A little nostalgic. Like something you’d find years later and immediately feel all over again.

What to Expect
Connection First
I want this experience to feel easy, collaborative, and genuinely fun — not stiff or overly curated. Before your session or wedding day, we’ll talk through your vision, location ideas, outfits, timelines, and anything else that helps you feel prepared and comfortable. I love getting to know my clients beyond surface level because the best photos usually come from connection, not perfection.
You Don’t Need to Know How to Pose
Most people tell me they feel awkward in front of the camera at first, and honestly, that’s completely normal. I’ll guide you naturally while also leaving room for real moments to happen organically. Think movement, conversation, little prompts, quiet moments, and lots of laughing in-between.
The In-Between Moments Matter Most
I care much more about emotion and atmosphere than creating something that feels overly posed. Wind-blown hair, happy tears, crooked smiles, kids running wild, your partner looking at you when you aren’t paying attention — those are usually the moments that end up meaning the most later.
More Than Just a Photographer
On wedding days especially, I tend to become part photographer, part dress fluffer, part timeline helper, and part emotional support person. I’m there to document your day, but also to help it feel a little less stressful wherever I can.
Thoughtful Editing Takes Time
When it comes to editing, I take my time intentionally. Every gallery is carefully curated to feel cohesive, cinematic, nostalgic, and true to the energy of your day.
My Process

1.Reach Out
Start by filling out my contact form with all the exciting details — your vision, your date, your love story, your Pinterest board, your dream location, your dog’s name… I want to hear it all.

2.Consultation Call (or Coffee)
After your inquiry, we’ll set up a consultation either over video call or in person over coffee if you’re local to the Steamboat/Hayden area.
This is where we get to actually connect and make sure we’re a good fit for each other. We’ll talk through your vision, your priorities, timeline ideas, locations, logistics

3.Booking Your Date
Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over your quote, contract, and invoice through my booking system.
A signed contract and retainer officially secure your date on my calendar. After that… you can exhale a little because you officially have me in your corner.

4.Planning & Questionnaires
After booking, I’ll send over questionnaires to help me get to know you better and gather all the important details. This helps me photograph your day intentionally instead of showing up blindly with a camera.
For weddings especially, I’m happy to help with timeline planning, location ideas, outfit guidance, and vendor recommendations.

5.The Session / Wedding Day
This is where everything comes together.
I’ll guide when needed, step back when needed, and focus on documenting your story in a way that feels honest and natural. Expect a mix of candid moments, gentle direction, movement, emotion, and probably me hyping you up the entire time.

6.Gallery Delivery
After your session or wedding day, I carefully go through and edit every image with intention.
You’ll receive your final gallery in a beautifully organized private online gallery where you can easily download, share, print, and relive every moment all over again.
